Disliked: The Bathroons are very small and not much room to open the door to get out of the space…

Liked: The king bed suite with a couch was perfect for my grandson to travel with us and still had a bit of privacy. Having a sectional to watch tv together was also nice.We loved the hot breakfast and the large swimming pool.
Disliked: Paying for parking. Paying to park while not staying at the hotel makes sense but not if you are on the property paying to sleep there.

Took 40 min to answer...

Disliked: I tried calling for no less than 40 min to request a shuttle. The phone just kept ringing. A few times someone came on and mumbled something very quickly but I couldn't get a word in before I was back on hold. This was around 11pm and I was worried I wasn't going to get through in time before the shuttle stopped for the night. I went online to chat with agent, and their only solution was to give me an email address. Unbelievable. I understand getting busy, but 40 min for the front desk to finally pick up the phone?? Left a very poor impression and I won't choose this property again. If they advertise shuttle service as a benefit but make people call to request it, then they need to answer their phone or find another way to handle shuttle requests.
