Liked: The hotel was clean
Disliked: When I checked in at the hotel. I was notified that there was no pool or beach access. For what I paid for the room it would have been nice if something was post on the website about it.

Disliked: Breakfast can improve and add some more tea options. Location was perfect but the beach acccess was closed temporarily. Swimming pool also was closed temporarily.

Great location but the hotel...

Liked: It was the perfect location. The beach was right there and such a beautiful view. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: I feel like the hotel is very outdated and not worth the amount of money paid for the room. The pull out did not have a sheet and looked very old. The bathroom had a lot of rust in the shower and mirror. The carpet had a bad smell.

Liked: The rooms were nice. Location was good.
Disliked: We didn't know when we booked that there was no pool or beach access. Had we known, we would have booked a different hotel. The staff was inexperienced and not very helpful. My daughter left an item (beach towel) in the room when we checked out and the staff was not helpful in trying to locate the item left behind. They were less than enthusiastic and downright rude in certain instances after making several calls to locate the item. Elevators did not work properly all the time. Hallways were very narrow. Parking situation in hotel lot was not ideal and sometimes very challenging.
