We had a short stay...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location. Everything was close by! The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Tamera at the front desk was so welcoming and even the women in the kitchen were amazing during breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing that I did not like about our room is it had a VERY strong smell of wood. It smelled like they were currently going through a renovation and it was pretty overpowering. The floor in the room by the front door was very slippery and I almost slipped multiple times.

Would not stay here again.

Liked: Disappointing breakfast. Lumpy bed. Air did not dehumidify the room.
Disliked: Better eggs. Better meat.

Disliked: The first room they put us in smelled of mildew and mold. The tile floor and carpet were both wet. The front desk was friendly and they moved us to another room which was a little better, but still not great. Also the breakfast was awful, from what we could tell there was no one attending to the area and guests had left it a mess. Just not appealing at all. Honestly the nice staff wouldn’t be enough to recommend this place or ever stay here again. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Nice hotel, elevator and halls...

Liked: Overall the property was clean. Towels were readily available. When I first arrived I noticed stains on the linen. A team of 3 women can right up to change it out.
Disliked: I did wake up in the middle of the night to a large roach in the bathroom. The bathroom kind of had a slight sewer smell but it wasn’t overwhelming enough for me to be upset by it. I think they need more employees durning breakfast time to help with cleanup and keeping items stocked for the incoming crowd. An attempt to charge my card for an additional night was made at 2am. No one could explain why. I was only given the card to contact the manager. Upon check out I was assured that my card wouldn’t be charged any additional funds but I wasn’t provided an explanation of why the attempt to charge an additional night was made in the first place.
