Sold on Hyatt Place brand

Liked: Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with chef prepared food, real dishes with silverware and cups—not just plastic & styrofoam, have stayed here multiple times & always enjoy it, rooms and baths are spacious & clean. Very good closet and drawer space to unpack, and separate sitting area to watch tv.
Disliked: I wish for better food variety available in the evening since there are not a lot of eateries nearby. I thought there was a safe in the room but not available this visit? A little misunderstanding & poor job on Sunday re housekeeping but nothing serious, room was well kept otherwise.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Clean, chic rooms. Bed was comfortable. Nice sofa for watching TV during the day. Nice view from rooms at back. Breakfast included. Friendly staff.

Disliked: short on staff. I felt sorry for the gentleman that served as a bartender, cook and reservationist all at the same time. He deserves a FAT BONUS!!!

Disliked: My card kept being charged for someone else’s stay.And then charged another fee when I arrived at the hotel.
