Glad I chose you !

Liked: There was restaurant/ bar so I could grab a bite after a long day and not have to go looking
Disliked: There wasn't much of a view when you look outside the window

Liked: Food was hot and very good.
Disliked: A bit pricey

Liked: The suite was nice and big. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very polite and attentive.
Disliked: A lot of road construction in the area.

Nice, clean and convenient place...

Liked: Breakfast was very good and there was a variety of items to choose from. The room was very clean and we had a decent view of the lake. Was within walking distance to several restaurants. The entrance ramp to I-30 was nearby and easy to get to and was just minutes from a variety of shopping locations. They have a nice outside sitting area just off the dining room.Staff was pleasant and responsive to our needs. Every time we returned from being out there was always someone there to greet us.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order 2 times in the 4 days we were there but was repaired very quickly so was not too much on an inconvenience. They advertise a mini fridge in the rooms but did not seem to get as cold as I would have liked, when asked about it was told it was more of a chiller than a fridge, so to me it should not be advertised as a fridge. The alarm clock in our room needed to be replaced as it did not function correctly.

Clean room in a great...

Liked: Great location- easy to get on and off highway and get to other places easily. It’s close to the restaurants. The room was very clean and had everything you need for a comfy night’s stay. Breakfast was yummy- much better than some of the other hotel chains. We will stay again next time we visit Rockwall!
