Would stay here again, but...

Liked: The woman who checked me in went above and beyond! I asked for a room away from the elevator and she upgraded me to a corner room which made my quick alone getaway even better! The free breakfast was also a good.
Disliked: Had to have my room key “redone” my first and second day.

Horrible place, no hospitality or...

Liked: Location only.
Disliked: The staff was very inconsiderate, I paid almost $900 for a suite that had crumbs on the floor throughout, a small dorm room type fridge and microwave but lots of kitchen cabinets with no utensils. The bed covers had stains, the chairs had large dark stains, cockroaches where found roaming, the motorized blinds did not work and I had to wait 30 minutes for a maintenance worker to get the televisions working and it took him some time. When I showed the pictures to the lady at the front desk she just said “ok ma’am”. She did not offer to change my room or have it cleaned. When asked for a manager, she first said that he was in a meeting. I went back two hours later, she went to his office and came back 10 minutes later and said he was at lunch. I had had enough! No wash towels available before 1:00pm. Banquet room had crumbs on counter, chicken bones on the floor, stained chairs, and several tablecloths with large stains and wrinkle. I asked to be placed next to or across from my elderly parents and was placed on the opposite end of the hall. When I asked to be moved the young lady at the desk said I couldn’t and I can go somewhere but still be charged for one day. Very rude and not accommodating for someone paying $1400 to stay for the weekend. The breakfast was horrible, never checked to make sure replenishment was necessary, nor was there a waffle maker. I will never stay at Hyatt Place again.

Disliked: The breakfast was supposed to be available until 10AM. We got there about a quarter till and most of it had been taken away.

Wishing I was able to...

Liked: The property was in a good location, easy to find and very clean.
Disliked: I’ll assume there was a travel basketball team staying the same night I was there at the hotel. The kids had absolutely no adult supervision at all. They ran up and down the hallways all night, talking loud, laughing loud and slamming doors well after 2 a.m. That wasn’t acceptable none whatsoever when you pay to stay somewhere comfortable. The staff was very nice but something needs to be put in place when the hotel has other guest that are not apart of the traveling team.
