Hyatt Place Dallas/Garland/Richardson

We were very pleased with our room. We had the king room with sofa. It was a spacious and comfortable room. Very clean and the bathroom was very clean. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. They served a nice breakfast every morning. The parking is great. Housekeeping staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a very nice, clean and secure area with plenty of restaurants and shopping areas close by. You are in walking distance to some of them. The front desk customer service was very nice and knowledgeable of the area if you needed help finding something. Awesome! We would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: When I called the front desk sometimes it took a long time for someone to answer. There was only one face towel per person and there are usually two per person. We had to ask for more towels.

Liked: Wonderful room.
Disliked: People in the room next to us played loud music and fought all night long.

Disliked: The manager name Roy kick me and my family out and told us our room was booked by someone else and I went online and it still have 8 rooms available. Me and my family was displaced and we paid every day we stayed there but he do not like black peoples staying longer than three days he will put you out do not go to this hotel at all worst manager ever and very rude.
