Liked: Perfect size room, comfortable, staff was helpful when we needed more towels and pillows for our room.
Disliked: The breakfast was limited. Not very kid friendly in my opinion.

Disliked: Dallas tollway is just West of the building. We could hear traffic most of the night. Next time we would definitely request a room facing East. The A/C window unit vents are fixed and produce an air flow directly over the bed. My wife did not like that.

Unsatisfactory room and rude front...

Liked: Had to change dates by one day. Nightmare. Booking. Com said to call hotel who told me to call booking.com. The hotels direct line would ring forever and then disconnect me. When I finally did get a live person she was rude and dismissive. Only when I asked to speak to manager did I get some results. Room was a handicapped room, awkward layout and shower was pitiful. It was a handheld type but it wouldn’t fit properly into designated holder so you had to shower against the wall. Staff was not friendly. The price was okay and the location was perfect for our purposes. Overall it was disappointing experience.
