Disliked: The elevator was not working. There are two elevators and only one elevator works. To go up, you have to call reception from your room so they can send you the elevator. You have to go down three floors by stairs and there is a lot of noise from doors and elevators. There is a lot of noise in the hallways and if your door is next to the elevator, you will never sleep because of so much noise. The facilities are very bad and the pillows smell like someone else's human head. The pillows do not have covers. They have to buy new ones urgently. I asked them if they had another room, they said it was not full.

Disliked: I was there for 3 night and not one time was my room cleaned, I have never stayed at a hotel and my room was not cleaned. I don’t go on vacation to clean up I go to enjoy myself and relax

Disliked: My room wasn’t available that I purchased two days in advance and I wasn’t informed before I came to dallas from San Angelo tx at 10:30pm at night. I was informed for a refunded by manager.

Disliked: Receptionist was lazy. It smelled like someone was smoking pot in the building. It had two elevators but only one elevator was in operation and it barely worked. The showers were disgusting. It was like staying the night in a trap house. Bugs were on the floors. I will never return or probably never use this brand again... Poor management.
