Comfortable and fun stay!

Liked: Location, cleanliness, breakfast was great!
Disliked: Pool was closed because of a city ordinance

A nice stay with kind...

Liked: There was one lady up front who was just the sweetest. Our room had tons of ants in the kitchen area and one bit my sons foot. But the room was huge and spacious and nice otherwise. The pool was closed which was a bummer since it was one of the reasons we chose that hotel. The marketplace checkout (individual of the hotel but in lobby) was not working properly so we had to order in snacks and drinks. The breakfast was good in the morning - fresh and well stocked. Hot breakfast that’s actually hot! Tons of options and juices were great. It was overall actually such a nice stay.
Disliked: The ants.Elevator speed.

Didn't have a great experience...

Liked: the location was good, and plenty of parking for cars.
Disliked: breakfast was pretty average, nothing great. The AC in the room barely worked and I had raised a complaint regarding it but no use as it never got fixed. 1 lift out of the 2 didn't work the entire time of my stay there (~3 weeks) and that was troubling because of long wait times for the lift. The water dispensary was clean on the ground floor, the 5th floor one was dirty and did not give out clean water.
