Excellent hotel, especially for an $80 room. Very large room with nice furniture, good bed and nice amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly; the breakfast was only fair - food was adequate but no more. The layout of the serving line was very inefficient and made things move very slowly if there were more than a handful of people. But it was free and you weren't paying that much for the room, so I can live with it. I would probably go there again if I ever needed to stay in that area.

Liked: The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was spacious. Breakfast was ok but not great.
Disliked: The front desk staff is not welcoming, helpful or professional. They are rude and simply do not care about the guests. As a small business owner I was disappointed how I was treated. They were either away from the front desk or on their phone when we needed something which is not professional.

Disliked: Looked like a bug in one of the beds. Night staff front desk person EJ was annoyed by being there.Shuttle service should have been better coordinated. Several people at the hotel were there for the same event. But never got to meet eachother and were riding the same shuttle separately.
