David, Granbury, visiting The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory

Excellent hotel, especially for an $80 room. Very large room with nice furniture, good bed and nice amenities. The staff was very helpful and friendly; the breakfast was only fair - food was adequate but no more. The layout of the serving line was very inefficient and made things move very slowly if there were more than a handful of people. But it was free and you weren't paying that much for the room, so I can live with it. I would probably go there again if I ever needed to stay in that area.

Liked: Decor; rooms; cleanliness; staff.
Disliked: Breakfast only fair.

I highly recommend staying at...

Liked: The entire staff was excellent at their jobs. Room and hotel were clean, food was delicious, staff was friendly and courteous and efficient, hotel smelled nice, shuttle was on time every time and the drivers were kind and sincere, other guests were super polite, beds were comfortable, amenities worked, location was great for me, and it felt safe.
Disliked: Nothing

Customer service ias bad. Breakfast...

Liked: Good breakfast
Disliked: Service was really bad. I ask several time to fix my shower but front desk never send anyone to fix even when I said medical conditions they did do anything to address the issue. Picture of the property misleading.
