Liked: Floor plan of room was nice... thankful to Miss Kim and Mr Joel at front desk for there kind service through some disappointing moments
Disliked: Website misleading .. was not usual Hyatt quality felt more like motel or old hotel on last leg

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the pool was well maintained.
Disliked: There was trash under the coach and beds. The room needed some touch ups to paint and was a little dated.
