Liked: It was convenient and close by for shopping
Disliked: Our covers had stains and need some maintenance work.

Awesome family hotel experience.

Liked: Very friendly staff, and the room was clean and nice. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was very nice and relaxing. My son didn't even pull out the sofa bed and just slept on the sofa like it was, he said it was very comfy. We also really liked being right by the side door, it made coming and going easy. The a/c was also great, I get hot very easily and it was helpful to just walk right in to a very cool room.
Disliked: Nothing really stands out as a dislike. Only thing would be that the provided wireless charger on the side table was broken, but we brought our own chargers.

Liked: How close it was to the mall/shopping center. Friendly host at the front desk. Close to the airport.
Disliked: Limited options for breakfast Same food and beverage option each day. Blown lightbulbs in room. A/C unit was noisy. All The Potholes in the parking lot that could cause damage to cars/visitor's. Gym was closed and they had no idea on if it would open again. Etc...

Liked: Loved all of the amenities, staff, and continental breakfast. The room was very nice as well. Also wonderful location, as it was located directly beside the mall!
Disliked: The elevator got stuck and we were trapped in there for a good 6-10 minutes. The whole place was always very very warm, including the room itself.
