Liked: Breakfast was better than most places of the same tier. Ver clean in the room and public areas which is also important.

Liked: Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Location is very good, easy access on and off Central Expressway.
Disliked: There were issues with the credit card reader at check in so I was not able to use the credit card I wanted, using points to pay for the stay. Even had the preferred credit card get locked because of the issues with the card reader.

Never again! Value was not...

Liked: It was clean and the location was convient for us.
Disliked: We did not get the accommodation that we booked and was confirmed well in advance. We booked a queen size with two queen beds and were given a king size bed. The hair dryer did not work, there was a loud pulsing noise that went on all night, there was lots of traffic noise, the pillows were mushy.

He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and clearly well-maintained. The hotel was also in a great location, close to everything we needed. There wasn't a microwave in the room, but that wasn't a problem. You are able to sit in the dining room and use the microwave to heat up your food. You can use their plates, cutlery, and disposable products. We highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent service.
