Very nice for families but...

Liked: Very clean and great hospitality
Disliked: Pet fee of $75.00If charging for a pet then add more dog stations outside and for 75 per pet, the pet should have its own bed. There should be no reason for my pet to be charged when all they did is sleep on your cold floor. Will be looking for another hotel with no pet fee in the future.

Valerie amazing. The stay was...

Liked: The breakfast was always cold and nasty. The only thing we ate was the cereal. The receptionist Valerie was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and so helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been warmer. Hunter was appalling. The amount of disrespect was disgusting. He actually told me to go change my own sheets after a week of being at the hotel our sheets weren't changed, the room was NEVER cleaned.

Overall I enjoyed the stay

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: One thing that I didn’t like was the stomping at night tryin to go to sleep and waking up to the stomping in the morning

Disliked: Many broken things like ice makers, elevator and breakfast was not very good

Disliked: The wood floors in the room were dirty. When u walked around in ur socks than took them off they were full of dirt and hair!!

Liked: Valerie the front clerk for the desk Was very gracious loved her.

For the amount of money...

Liked: Room was large and A/C worked nicely!
Disliked: Facility was not clean, and doors are warped making them hard to open and close. Hallways had trash and linens sitting in them our entire stay despite housekeeping walking through!
