Exceptional

Room was nice except for...

Liked: Breakfast was good . Sausage and eggs well cooked.
Disliked: It is being renovated so it was hard to not run into painted walls and dust every where. Our room had no hot water at all so could not enjoy a warm shower.

Disappointed

Liked: The room was quiet, comfortable, and bath was nice.
Disliked: They are in renovation (the booking said it was finished). There is no lobby, amenities are few, parking is limited, included breakfast was poor, and there are “wet paint” signs everywhere.

Good

Liked: Staff was friendly, even the construction workers.
Disliked: I didn't like the timer on the light in the bathroom. The ticking noise was loud and kinda annoying. But that's just me.

Liked: Clean room and recently updated bathroom space.
Disliked: Hotel is being remodeled and that was not communicated at booking. There was an open conference room that was housing check in, breakfast, and any bar items.

Passable

Excellent all the way around.

Liked: My family and I had the best stay, the staff was awesome so friendly. The breakfast was an actual breakfast and it was great as well. I would stay again easily and will be considering staying at a Hyatt hotel in our next travels.
Disliked: There was construction going on but it wasn’t that big of a deal.
