Liked: I’m from out of town and had saved my cash I didn’t know that it was cards only :(But the ladies at the front sealed helped me some much and was patient with me!!!

Disliked: I had to wait hours before they could find a key that would open a room plus had drove 5 hours to get there and should be able to check in my room without me going to 3 different rooms before a key would open the door
