Liked: Clean and quiet
Disliked: Our rooms was not ready and we were told that we would get a call when they were ready and didn’t. We had to call and it was around 9:00 pm before we got into our room.

My stay was enjoyable.

Liked: Upon arrival the gentleman that checked us in was very polite and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The lady working the breakfast area was really nice.
Disliked: No issues during my stay.

Liked: The staff at the desk and in the breakfast area were fantastic. They were kind and accommodating. We had an issue with our room and they moved us no questions asked.

Charges false fees

Liked: The room was comfortable. The property was fine. They did offer a decent continental breakfast. My dissatisfaction is the fact that they charged me $75 for a pet cleaning fee when I did not have a pet. I talked with the manager to get this refunded and the manager Never got back with me again reached out for the manager and they never got back with me. I will never stay at a Hyatt again.
