Liked: Front desk was a pleasure to deal with.
Disliked: Wish beds were queen size.

Liked: Never ate breakfast.
Disliked: T.V. did not work. Asked front desk for help. They said they were not allowed in the room to fix it. Called front desk to ask for a few more nights in the room due to a family emergency. They said the hotel was full. When I left the next day to go to the hotel next door, the parking lot was empty. Including that evening. When I asked the front desk why they would not let me stay, the front desk man said he did not know why the other front desk guy would not book my room for me.

Excellent from the first moment...

Liked: Everything. It was clean and beautiful and welcoming fromThe moment we walked in. The staff was excellent and super friendly and helpful
Disliked: The elevators were very slow and took a long time, but that is it.

Liked: Nice staff, and breakfast was good
Disliked: Moldy cup of water and something was left in the drawer in kitchen and also minor but tv was in a weird spot.

Disliked: Only complaint is the tight, tight area in toilet area/shower. Not much room to get inside door to use toilet.

Perfect stop during a cross...

Liked: Everything was great. Room was spacious and clean. The staff where friendly and helpful. Love that breakfast was included and had good options. Also nice to have a nightcap at the Placery.
Disliked: Nothing
