Liked: The location.
Disliked: The bathrooms in every room are extremely small. The furniture was chipped and outdated. The trash cans around the property were always overflowing. The parking lot could use some TLC.

One for our Memory Lane

Liked: The staff was so personal yet professional. Each one made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay there rememberable. The day we checked in Danni handle our checking in. She was so pleasant and had a sunny personality. I knew right then and there we were going to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was above the normal breakfast normally provided at most hotel. It was always made fresh and very tasty. There was plenty of breakfast food to choose from so I am pretty sure everyone found something that met their need for breakfast. Thank you to all your staff for helping make our trip back home one for our Memory Lane. I definitely would recommend your hotel to anyone coming to Columbus and looking for a safe and clean place to stay. Also, the location was a plus. Easy to come and go and to find some places to eat and entertainment near by.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't like. Well, maybe one, I would have like to have a small microwave in the room. But there was one provided on the ground floor.

Don’t do it

Disliked: The staff called my room to complain that a guest was complaining about my music. Now remind you that the music was playing on my cell phone siting on the coffee table table wasn’t loud at all I asked so no guests are allowed to play music on their cell phones in the room they rented at a high Cost very disappointing they also kept my security deposit saying I smoked in the room completely false yes I am a smoker but no way was I going to smoke in a room with a $250 security deposit that was pay back for the cell phone complaint I asked what proof they had on me smoking they said nothing no cigarette butts no ashes know anything just cigarette smell. I’m a smoker my clothes me everything of mine smells like cigarettes so yes, the room probably had a little stench of it, but did I smoke in that building whatsoever? I was even on camera outside smokingdon’t waste your time or your money renting a room here there are much better options, right next-door and all around the neighborhood.
