Overall a great trip!

Liked: Very clean!
Disliked: When coffee ran out at breakfast they wouldn’t replace it because breakfast was almost done, so no coffee for the day

OSU game

Liked: Hotel was clean. beds and pillows comfortable. The hotel was quick to address the one complaint/concern we voiced almost immediately.
Disliked: Nothing related to the hotel itself.

The hotel was ok but...

Disliked: We were awake late at night due to other guests being extremely loud! Children yelling and thumping!

Pleasant

Liked: Great location to where I needed to be for work.
Disliked: My car was broken into - along with several other vehicles.More exterior lights and security cameras should be installed. Along with a security guard making routine walks outside.
