Disliked: The bed was not comfortable ….defiinite divets where others have slept. No microwave in room. Trash was never taken out of our room although we asked 2 different days to the cleaning people…nor got more coffee for in room. Bathroom sink had stuff, looked like sand, backed up from somewhere on several occasions. Noisy location too

Not exactly what I thought

Liked: The pool was outside, and the rooms were nice. But definitely NO RESTAURANT!!!!!
Disliked: Said it had a restaurant. Does NOT have a restaurant. Has a list of items they cook for you in the back when you order. I wanted a hotel with an actual restaurant. No microwave in the room. Horrible lighting in the room for the bathroom. Clogged bathtub. 3 of us in the room, we couldn't take a shower one day cause the shower, by the time I noticed it was late in the evening. So the next day no one could take a shower. and room service is every OTHER day.

Liked: Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating when our travel plans suddenly changed.
Disliked: Our bed was not quite as firm as I like it. I also reserved a king size bed, but they didn't have any available. They did upgrade us to a room with a view of the mountains, but it was still just a double bed.
