Good Value. Very Consistent

Liked: Good Value. I’ve stayed here twice very consistent. Good location. Very clean. Ample parking.

Expensive and basic

Disliked: I was charged twice for one night. I booked but didn’t pay on booking.com…. Then paid at the hotel and then see that they authorised the payment through booking.com too. Luckily I checked. But now having to deal with someone in an office in the other side of the world to fix it which will take weeks. Also, the man on the reception desk was absolutely not up to standard. He took ages to attend to me. Too busy talking with a mate in the bar. Views nothing exceptional. Basic breakfast. Not reflective of the price.

Disliked: The bed was not comfortable ….defiinite divets where others have slept. No microwave in room. Trash was never taken out of our room although we asked 2 different days to the cleaning people…nor got more coffee for in room. Bathroom sink had stuff, looked like sand, backed up from somewhere on several occasions. Noisy location too

Not exactly what I thought

Liked: The pool was outside, and the rooms were nice. But definitely NO RESTAURANT!!!!!
Disliked: Said it had a restaurant. Does NOT have a restaurant. Has a list of items they cook for you in the back when you order. I wanted a hotel with an actual restaurant. No microwave in the room. Horrible lighting in the room for the bathroom. Clogged bathtub. 3 of us in the room, we couldn't take a shower one day cause the shower, by the time I noticed it was late in the evening. So the next day no one could take a shower. and room service is every OTHER day.
