Not so friendly
Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and the room was a good size.
Disliked: The staff weren't very friendly, seemed annoyed when I arrived and then didn't acknowledge me the rest of the time when I was coming in and out.There was no option for Netflix, Hulu or prime. They had cable which was okay but most people don't use anymore.I'm sure it's due to covid, but the bar and restaurant area was not open.

Liked: It was very nice, comfortable, and clean. Decorated very well!
Disliked: Staff should be a bit more helpful in letting you know where things are located in the hotel upon arrival. Maybe even some literature about the bar(if there is one?). You're kind of just left to wander and find things yourself.

Nickel and diming in the...
Liked: The hotel was in a nice area, close to the airport but didn't have planes buzzing overhead.
Disliked: It's obvious that this hotel is desperately trying to save money, but they're laying the blame for the lack of services on covid-19. They changed the breakfast to nothing but cold cereal and prepackaged gas station pastries, and said it was due to covid. They also only clean the rooms every third day, also blamed on covid. That would be fine if they reduced the price accordingly, but no - the price is the same as always. They're providing Travelodge service at Hyatt prices. May as well stay at the Travelodge and get what you paid for.

Liked: Gentle men in the front desk were so helpful and pleasant, the both lady which is in front desk and bar were acting like it?s not my business to answer your questions.
Disliked: As I mentioned before both lady?s at the front desk and bar need more training, how to be pleasant with guest , and how you care more . The room I stay in was like no body touch that room or dust or vacuum. Will be nice if the housekeeper manger check rooms before it?s ready for the guest , As I said I don?t think the employees dust that rooms Or used the chemicals at all , and I don?t know how that?s happened while we are through COVID-19 situation.
