Disliked: The small breakfast on Sunday. It was very limited and closed early.

Superb

Liked: location was nice convenient to things we wanted to do staff was nice And inform. Room was nice -no view but was in room much except at end of our evening. Clean and quiet
Disliked: sent to have breakfast @9am on Sunday and there was a sign saying breakfast was closing at 930am even though it was supposed to close at ten. No message prior to that. Looked to see what was still available and staff was cleaning up. Pretty much only thing available was beverages. Cracker Barrel for my money that morning unfortunately

Disliked: Rooms were small, breakfast was not hot needed to warm it in microwave. They closed down the food early

Liked: Didn't eat breakfast and location was ok
Disliked: Check is horrible. It took forever to check-in. It made us late for the event that we were going toYou're paying for a hotel room, and I even get in twenty four hours should be a crime

Satisfactory

Liked: The staff were very nice on check in and check out. The breakfast was okay- although not excellent. The location was convenient and the decoration was modern and aesthetically pleasing. I did feel like the beds and sheets were clean.
Disliked: The facilities were not well maintained. There was a foul smell in the room, like it had been wet & not cleaned properly. Small details were overlooked, like paint chipping, furniture peeling, or corners not cleaned. The fitness center had a giant exposed leak in the ceiling and many of the machines were broken. Additionally, they were out of towels in the fitness center.

We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The bed was great!
Disliked: The pool is too small for the size of the hotel. No hot tub, I was very sad after a long trip. They didn’t prepare our room for use of the fold out bed, then they were out of blankets and pillows. When our room was serviced we didn’t t get coffee. A small thing, but it would have been nice to have first thing. All in all we enjoyed our stay!
