Liked: Quiet hotel in a great location. Yes there is a fire department if your room faces W Illinois, mine faced N Clark so it wasn't as noticable. Great staff, great location. Will stay again.
Disliked: Bottled water isn't free for non Hyatt members. Gallons of water from the 7-11 are $4:69 (it's two blocks away), bottled in the room was $5 for 16oz.
