This hotel exceeded my expectations. Easy to access from the interstate; lovely staff; great rooms; a clean, warm pool, and a nice area on the first floor for snacks/drinks. I will stay here again!

Liked: The service there was impeccable. Friendly, helpful staff. Amenities were clean and as promised.
Disliked: Nothing. I will definitely stay here again!

Family short trip

Liked: Good location, especially if you come in weekend since it's business area, but not far from Millennium Park.Quite area overall.Breakfast is good
Disliked: Beds are not that comfortable.Cleaning is not made every day we spent two nights, so not sure if they were planning to do every other day or not.
