This hotel exceeded my expectations. Easy to access from the interstate; lovely staff; great rooms; a clean, warm pool, and a nice area on the first floor for snacks/drinks. I will stay here again!
Liked: The service there was impeccable. Friendly, helpful staff. Amenities were clean and as promised.
Disliked: Nothing. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, with good location
Liked: Very good location, close to union station, everything is easy to reach. Nice pool and gym. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Our window overlooked a narrow, dark alley, the hotel bar was overpriced, a small prosecco cost $25. During the week breakfast is only until 9am, which is very early if you are on holiday and want to sleep late.

Disliked: We arrived after a long day of driving to find that they had canceled our reservation because they couldn't run the credit card for some reason. We had to scramble to find a hotel room late at night. Our stay was for several days. I will NEVER EVER stay in a Hyatt again nor will I EVER use Booking.com. THE END. And I will spread the word, you can be sure of that. Someone should have tried to call or text. Rendering us homeless at the end of a long day of traveling was unforgivable. Oh, and we rec'd an email from Hyatt that day welcoming us to Chicago! And we called ahead to tell the staff at the Hyatt that we would be arriving later than expected and they confirmed our reservation then...just a couple of hours before.
