This hotel exceeded my expectations. Easy to access from the interstate; lovely staff; great rooms; a clean, warm pool, and a nice area on the first floor for snacks/drinks. I will stay here again!

Liked: The service there was impeccable. Friendly, helpful staff. Amenities were clean and as promised.
Disliked: Nothing. I will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Double queen bed room is very comfortable with kinds. Room has all the basic amenities in place and level of cleanliness and housekeeping in general meets expectations. Overall a suitable hotel for a short weekend getaway in Chicago.
Disliked: Had a mixed experience with front desk staff. Upon check in the service was helpful and pleasant. During check out the service was not that great and the exchange with the receptionist was not the most pleasant ending to our stay. Also, view of the queen rooms is a next building's wall and the windows are heavily tinted so make sure to book a king room next time with a city view.

Liked: Like the loaction.. it was close to almost everything I needed to see.. the rooms were clean and the treatment was perfect that's all I wanted
