This hotel exceeded my expectations. Easy to access from the interstate; lovely staff; great rooms; a clean, warm pool, and a nice area on the first floor for snacks/drinks. I will stay here again!
Liked: The service there was impeccable. Friendly, helpful staff. Amenities were clean and as promised.
Disliked: Nothing. I will definitely stay here again!

Liked: I loved the view from my room and the shower was amazing and my room was really clean.
Disliked: Great place to stay. The service was amazing and I loved my room and my view. The parking is horrible I paid more in parking then I did to stay in my hotel. I really hate that I had to pay so much for parking because I would stay there every time I visit but bad area with no parking.

Disliked: Only drawback was I didn?t have a good view of the city I don?t fault anyone for that... it is what it is

Not very friendly to people...
Liked: The layout of the room was nice and the appearance was nice.
Disliked: The staff was offstandish and constantly treated me like I was a criminal. I want something charged to my room, they hesitate and drill me but then turn around and a white guest just said his room and was done. When I asked about parking, they said some app and then just shrugged me off saying I will have to figure that out on my own. It said there was valet parking but this was not offered. The staff never mentioned any amenities available nor did they talk beyond basic "yes" or "no" responses. At one point, I had called to see about more towels and soap and the man wouldn't give them to me and said that he would have them sent up to the room. I left my key when I wanted to do laundry and the front desk lady would not give me a key because I didn't remember the last four of my debit card on file (who remembers shit like this?)! I offered to give her my address, id number, the card type, the name on the room, the amount of the stay, etc... but she refused and I had to have my guest come all the way down from the 11th floor just to get to my room. The hallways smelled like weed and the room smelled stale and stagnant. I was never told that nothing was not available or open because the virus nor where any luggage carts were. I was never assisted with parking or unloading instructions because the signs say for valet only and I ended up getting a $70 ticket trying to do this. I told the staff it was my first time in the city and after the way the people were it will definitely be my last!
