Disliked: There were long black hairs in a number of the linens, which was disgusting. The fitness center was also too warm. I don't recall being warned by booking.com that parking was valet-only at a $50/night surcharge, but I'm not positive.

Liked: The building and the location were very nice. The breakfast was decent, although could use a few more options. The building was safe and comfortable.
Disliked: The pull out bed in my double room barely fits and you cannot open refrigerator if bed is open. Inside my refrigerator there was rotten food from a previous guest that was left behind. And there were no trash bag liners in our trash cans.

Liked: From valet to front desk Delores was amazing she was efficient extremely knowledgeable and beyond friendly and sweet! She is a keeper. Room was clean, easy to access and service was outstanding!
