Only an overnight stay, but...

Liked: Some of the friendliest staff I’ve encountered in my travels. Maid service, breakfast staff and front desk staff were very pleasant and professional.

Liked: very clean rooms. nice layout.
Disliked: Locked down like fort knox. Staff not willing to help. Very rude once something did not go to plan. Impossible to get in during certain hours. if you're wanted by everyone in town this is a good place to hide
