Overall a good experience

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt . Hotel atmosphere and the staff were very good and the breakfast was also very nice . The kids loved the indoor swimming area. Overall we had a very nice experience
Disliked: The only problem we faced was…..there wasn’t much space in the bathroom area of the room. The door was a bit tight and was like no space .

Horrible and would not stay...

Liked: The only thing good about the place was the staff during breakfast being very attentive
Disliked: The room was horrible. The bed was the most uncomfortable. Sofa bed was horrible. There was a flood light shining through the window all night to the point where it felt like it was daylight the whole night. Loose tiles in the bathroom fixtures in the ceiling painted. It looked like they hired a handyman to give it a little face Lift and did a horrible job. The lock mechanism on the door was broken so we couldn’t lock the Door. The pool seem like it had excessive chlorine. And my kids hair was horrible after using the pool
