Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Disliked: No towels in the pool area.

Disliked: Check in was very inefficient. Only one not fully trained person handling check in. Took too long.

Disliked: Over crowed pool one day, next day pool was closed. Property does not look like it’s being maintenance’s regularly. Carpets dirty and worn in places. Was a 3am fire alarm which everyone had to evacuate.

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt . Hotel atmosphere and the staff were very good and the breakfast was also very nice . The kids loved the indoor swimming area. Overall we had a very nice experience
Disliked: The only problem we faced was…..there wasn’t much space in the bathroom area of the room. The door was a bit tight and was like no space .
