Overall the stay was cool

Liked: The location was perfect and the room was great
Disliked: Had to switch rooms due to the hallway leading to my room smelling like marijuana. I have really bad allergies and asthma.

The stay was very good...

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding. I have not stayed in many hotels, but I have stayed in a few, and the breakfast at the Hyatt was the best.
Disliked: The only issue I had was that I didn't realize the room had a darkening shade, and each morning the sun would come in very early, waking me up. On the last day there, I realized there was an extra shade; however, one of the shades was broken. The only issue I encountered was that I didn't notice the darkening shade in the room. Each morning, sunlight would stream in very early, waking me up. On the last day of my stay, I discovered there was an additional shade, but unfortunately, one of the shades was broken.

Liked: Best hotel I have stayed at by far. Staff was very helpful. Exceptionally clean.

Superb

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was a problem with one of the outlets on the nightstand. The problem was reported to the front desk. I was told that checkout was 12:00 Noon. I didn't like the fact that housekeeping knocked on the door at 10:30 am to ask when I was leaving. I was still sleeping.

Great first impression. The hotel...

Liked: Upon entering the hotel it was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very friendly. I like the use of my room key to access the elevator. It was very secure. My room was very clean and the temperature was just right. I picked my husband up from the airport. He was also very pleased with the room and first look at the hotel. We are considering a staycation there.
Disliked: No microwave in the room. Being that there are tons of restaurants surrounding the hotel, the Hyatt should accommodate it's customers with a microwave in the room. The choice of soaps and toiletries were subpar. The hotel should invest in more high end and better quality toiletries.
