Disliked: on booking.com it said three beds, in reality it's 2 beds and a sofa bed.the sofa was literally super dirty.

Liked: Really nice room ,breakfast was cold but lots of options. Air conditioning was not working. Staff were great. Only one guy at night in suit walking around kinda creepy

Disappointing

Attended a concert

Liked: I was given a room upgrade for no additional cost. Stayed in the area for a concert.
Disliked: Was hoping to have a microwave in the room to heat up food we bought. Went to the kitchen area and didn't see one. It was late at night and isn't a big issue but would have been convenient.

Liked: Everyone was really helpful.
Disliked: Very loud guests. There was no ice in the machines.
