Liked: We really enjoyed the location of our hotel stay. It was located near many wonderful attractions and restaurants. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very kind. We were even given a 12 noon checkout, which was very nice.
Disliked: The only thing that was negative was the elevator system. There seemed to be issues waiting and only one elevator was working.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Did not feel safe. Hired Security is needed. Kids fighting and parents fighting kids and threatening hotel manager. People came back next day and an entered the hotel. Threatened the manager again. That should not have happened. Also my room was in need of repair. Loose floor tiles in bathroom. Terrible drywall patch jobs, no hot water at bathroom sink.

Liked: There was an altercation where a group of young black teenagers swarmed the hotel and started attacking children and whoever was in their path. My children were hurt, it was the most terrifying situation Ive ever be in.
Disliked: Very nasty. Terrible service. Dirty comforters & stained carpet. There was only one person working on staff in evenings.
