Squealing noises

Liked: Liked the large room with sofa bed. Liked that tv was on a swivel. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Issues with shower and squealing noise. Then issues with the air conditioner causing even louder squeal. Informed front staff and was told Manager would reach out. Never heard from manager. Staff tried their best and offered to switch rooms the night before leaving (after being told they didn't have anything) with 2 kids and with everything already unpacked. Would have liked to have had that follow up with Manager, but no follow through on their end.

Liked: One word- AMAZING!

I give it a 6/10

Liked: The breakfast was the only decent thing. You’d think Hyatt would provide better than a basic holiday inn…. Nope.
Disliked: Asked for a 50 dollar deposit. Been over 2 weeks since I have yet to receive my deposit back so I will dispute the transaction. Seems like they need the money considering their is barely people staying at this hotel.

Disliked: I had a bug in my room on the bed. I told the staff and they put me in another room. But I feel that wasn’t enough .When I got there I was put in the wrong room. So basically in 2 days I was in 3 rooms.
