Liked: The location was great. Breakfast was pretty good and fresh. Just needed some seasoning.
Disliked: I didn't like that only one elevator was working. There were no telephones in the room. When I asked staff, they said that due to renovations, all telephones were removed. Thank God, it wasn't an emergency. Also, in our room, there wasn't an extra pillow or sheets blanket for our pull out couch. Staff stated they were sold out, so there are no additional bedding. Thank God she found a top sheet and thin blanket.

Good place to stay but...

Liked: The room was spacious. The location was great and the staff was friendly. The hotel also has free breakfast with a great spread.
Disliked: During our stay one of the elevators were down and because of that the elevators took forever so I just took the stairs. The hallways had a bad smell. I asked for extra pillows and staff told me there were not any. Lastly The phones did not work.

Liked: I have recently traveled 7 countries, lived in luxury 5 stars to some un branded hotels as well. Every places we received respect and accuracy of their service. My kids wanted to have swimming pool, that’s the reason we booked expensive hotel. Also I narrowed down my search with swimming pool availability, but unfortunately there’s none. Also asked staff then refund us, will go different hotels, our kids wanted swimming pools, whole trip will be a mess, requested a lot but they denied. Not even a penny discount, I would never book hyatt also will never recommend anyone book at hyatt
