The hotel itself is nice....

Liked: Everything is accommodating.
Disliked: The front house of staff is very rude. Extremely out of line.

Great for a family road...

Liked: The staff at the counter and security were so helpful and friendly! The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious, and the pool was perfect for the kids to take a morning dip! Comfy beds and super clean!
Disliked: Elevator was slow and one was out of order (but there is some construction going to address)

Liked: It was clean. The bed was comfortable
Disliked: One elevator was out of order. They other elevator took extra time being there was only 1 working. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs had water in them. I was unable to find a cup with a lid. They were not in a central location. They had bread but no plain white toast. The higher levels cost more. WHY???

Liked: The location was great. Breakfast was pretty good and fresh. Just needed some seasoning.
Disliked: I didn't like that only one elevator was working. There were no telephones in the room. When I asked staff, they said that due to renovations, all telephones were removed. Thank God, it wasn't an emergency. Also, in our room, there wasn't an extra pillow or sheets blanket for our pull out couch. Staff stated they were sold out, so there are no additional bedding. Thank God she found a top sheet and thin blanket.

Good place to stay but...

Liked: The room was spacious. The location was great and the staff was friendly. The hotel also has free breakfast with a great spread.
Disliked: During our stay one of the elevators were down and because of that the elevators took forever so I just took the stairs. The hallways had a bad smell. I asked for extra pillows and staff told me there were not any. Lastly The phones did not work.
