Disliked: That the bathroom was too small to move around

Liked: The air was very pleasant.
Disliked: The elevator made noises like it would stop working, the hallways smelled old like it was the carpet, my tv didn't work correctly and I was not in a regular room it was for handicap people. The light beside the mirror only came on one time. Turned on multiple times and it did not come back on. Fridge was not cold at all or on low as possible.

Liked: The staff was great so friendly and attentive to our family. The place was clean and breakfast was delicious.

Liked: It was extremely close to my daughter & grandchildren. It was right off the highway.
Disliked: No phones in the rooms. Microwaves are only on certain floors. The pool wasn't open. Only one elevator working. The pipe underneath the sink burst. They ran out of breakfast items.

Pleasant

Disliked: Parking for a van was non existent, and the staff couldn't have cared less. The bar staff advised us that it would be better if we went elsewhere for dinner.

I ordered a king room...

Disliked: I want given the room I was promised. The elevator barely worked

Disliked: Our room had poor reception during the NBA finals
