Great location for our event

Liked: The location for what we were in the area for was great, easy to walk around. Check in with the staff was easy and they were very friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of room to sit and enjoy it. Room size was amazining.
Disliked: The AC in the room made noise all night long which made it hard to sleep. The fire rated door that leads to the hall way would have been ineffective in the case of fire due to the large gap at the bottom of the door., light from the hallway shined in the room all night. The water when taking a shower fluctuated between hot and cold the whole time when showering, which made it unenjoyable.

Disliked: Breakfast was a little lacking compared to what I had before at other mid-scale hotels, but it was warm and good, saw some ants in my bathroom tho...

Liked: The size of the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Only one elevator was working. I was traveling with a lot of suitcases so it made moving into and out of the room difficult.

Liked: The property was clean. It was close to Dulles airport. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and approachable.
