Disliked: The shower in the washroom was a nightmare, it was like taking tea spoon of water over your head. The bed was in front of a wardrobe and TV stand was next to wardrobe. You can't even lie down and watch TV. There was not even a complimentary water bottles in the room. The shampoo dispenser was empty and looks like it was empty for a while. Can't shower with that tea spoon water dispenser anyways. I paid nearly $400 CAD for this room. Waste of money. Absolute disgrace to Hyatt.

Disliked: Our stay was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations in all aspects. I can't think of anything to improve.
