Liked: Room was a good size and comfortable

Never again will I ever...
Liked: The first room had hair in the shower, bathroom floor and ON THE SHEETS! The tv remote didn’t work. After having to pack up all my stuff again I moved to the room next door it was even worse! Hair everywhere. Dirty glasses, filthy ice bucket. Hair dryer filled with lint. Mold and hair in the shower. But not hair in the bed though both rooms had no pressed sheets and one could see the mattress pads through the sheet. The hallway had very large coffee stains on the carpet I took pictures. Being the Hyatt I expected so much more. And why do residents of Alberta have to pay tourist taxes? Never again

Liked: We liked the location. Every physical aspect of the hotel was great. We did not have breakfast as we had an early departure.
Disliked: We booked a shuttle to the airport for 630 am. We arrived at reception at 633am and were told because we were late, that the driver went for a break and that we would have to wait for the 7am shuttle. We could not afford such a delay in our “check in” at the airport. Someone stood up and said he would drive after we made a fuss so thankfully we were delivered on time. If they choose to have these stringent rules, we should have been warned the night before to arrive early. I will add that it was the receptionist determination that we arrived 3 minutes late.

Super handy to the airport...
Liked: Lovely clean large room, easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenagers and ALL our luggage. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and free shuttle service to the airport.

Fair for a short stay...
Liked: Location was ideal
Disliked: Very poor customer service, the shower didn’t have water pressure, it was too slippery. The people in the front desk did not help us at all with few requests. A lot to improve
