great value, comfortable
Liked: Breakfast was good, hotel was quiet, room was nice and bed and pillows were comfortable. If we return to Buffalo, we will definitely stay here again!

Will never stay there again....
Liked: location, willingness of staff to staff to provide transportation to an area restaurant, price was ok
Disliked: peanuts on floor from previous tenant, telephone use instructions not correct, bed was never made up after the first night reported this to management. never made effort to clean room until the next day after checkout, unable to get lunch on Sunday, unable to buy a newspaper, stainless steel panels in both elevators were not properly cleaned ,the panels were dirty and VERY streaked and this condition was never corrected while I was there.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean...
Liked: Breakfast was good. Nice selection.
Disliked: View of the parking lot. Nor enough blankets for the bed. In these divisive times, I don?t think it?s appropriate to have news programs playing in the common areas. I was offended by the news channel that was selected (newsmax), and my choice probably would have offended others. I think it?s better to have neutral programming in the common areas.
