Liked: The breakfast was good, as always, the location is perfect for our needs while in Bowling Green. And the people working the front desk are, as always, top-shelf, professional, always willing to help in any way.
Disliked: Our last stay, ending April 1st, was for five days. In the time there, our room was cleaned once, and we had to ask the people at the front desk to make sure housekeeping did it. The rest of the time, we had to get our linens from the front desk folks, who were, of course, happy to help, but part of the cost of the room is housekeeping. We spoke more than once, directly with the woman who worked our floor, but to little, or no avail.

Just what we were looking...

Liked: Wish it would have been ready by 6 am
Disliked: Waffles and bacon would have been nice.

Liked: The Hyatt was a perfect location to visit the Hardin Planetarium and the rest of the WKY campus. Easy walk to everything, including Fountain Square and lots of restaurants.
