Disliked: Only one person for checking in and out. Even at peak times, I waited in a long line and saw an even longer line when I went back to the lobby about 30 min later. The checkin lady is friendly, but she’s the only one! Ridiculous! The shower grout lines were disgusting and the breakfast eggs were cold and rubbery. The parking is bizarre - you park in a city lot- no tickets, it uses a camera. The hotel charges you $25 from a slip you fill out. Then you just drive out, no gate in or out- I’ve never experienced a lot like that. Also, the parking garage is not attached to the hotel, but is only a 1-2 minute walk.
