Why Concert-goers love it

With its central location in the Seaport District, the hotel is a quick ride to many of Boston’s most popular music venues. Guests love the 24-hour front desk for flexible late-night arrivals and the quiet rooms that offer a calm retreat after a big night out. Bonus: With check-out not until 12:00 PM, there’s no need to rush out after a late night.

Food and Drink Options

You’ll find an on-site restaurant and snack bar, ideal for grabbing a bite before or after the show. While there isn’t 24-hour room service, the hotel’s quick bites and continental or American breakfast options make mornings easy, even after a late night. Plus, plenty of great walkable eateries in the Seaport mean you’re never far from food.

Nightlife Options

Though the hotel doesn’t feature live music on-site, guests are just steps from the Seaport’s buzzing bars and lounges. Whether you’re after a craft cocktail or a lively pub, the area has plenty to explore post-show. The hotel bar, 9Dot, offers a chill spot to wind down.

What People Say

Very good

Liked: The view and location. The bar and patios. Food was above my expectations
Disliked: Not having fresh coffee or an option for fresh coffee as a night cap. The roof coffee maker just didnt cut it and was not that tasty.

Superb

Liked: Great breakfast, room was nice, staff was great
Disliked: parking was expensive, and the bar should be open later, 11pm is too early to close. Room was great but the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall

excellent hotel but for the...

Liked: staff was amazing, location was in the Seaport district many things to do in walking distance
Disliked: there is no soap supplied in the bathroom meaning if you use the bathroom and need to wash your hands, there's water only, the hotel does have soap, but you have to request it which I found kind of odd, do they expect their guests not be able to wash the germs off their hands??? parking is a pain our trip required that we need a vehicle and the cost of parking nearly equated the amount of the rental the hotel charges $56 per night to valet the vehicle, there is no other on-site parking.
