Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District

The staff were wonderful and attentive. Signing up for the valet parking was easy and convenient. The check-in and checkout process was quick. My husband and I came for a late anniversary overnight stay. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Liked: Clean; friendly environment.
Disliked: No low points about the experience.

Disliked: A bit pricey.

Great room, great bed, great...

Liked: The AC was amazing as well as the bed. The room size was great as well as the shower. The restaurant on campus called, Lobster Pound, was fabulous. The lobster experience meal was in my all time top favorite meals! Loved the downtown shuttle service and the pool. The breakfast was wonderful and affordable. The bar tender by the pool works his butt off. The manager should provide some additional help for him during busy times.
Disliked: You need more clerks for check-in. The lines were huge almost all the time. I had to stand in line for 15 minutes to buy a Twix candy bar. There was only one server at the pool and she never came to hot tub area. More umbrellas should be available around the pool area.

Liked: The location is great. Great views of the harbor and of the planes taking off and landing at Logan. Decent breakfast spread. Beds are comfortable.
Disliked: No negatives come to mind.
