Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District

The staff were wonderful and attentive. Signing up for the valet parking was easy and convenient. The check-in and checkout process was quick. My husband and I came for a late anniversary overnight stay. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Liked: Clean; friendly environment.
Disliked: No low points about the experience.

Disliked: A bit pricey.

Disliked: I didn’t like I didn’t get a bathtub when I called and specifically asked for one and didn’t like $56 valet parking for one night

Liked: location of hotel is great and the actual room was very good. Breakfast was above what was expected.
Disliked: too expensive - parking $60/night and room rate and taxes were all above for the value

Liked: All was good. Early check in provided with foc upgrade to suites. Breakfast is good. But difficult to find a space in the morning. Too much crowded. Clean, location is good . I didnt like: I have asked a dental kit, and they told me to buy in the Market next to reception. Not comfortable at all and very weird as its not as per Hyatt Standards. Even cheapest 3 star hotel provides upon request.
