Big rooms with poor housekeeping
Liked: The room size is very big and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: Housekeeping was the worst I have seen. The carpets were not vacuumed, tables and bathtubs were not cleaned. Even the lobby carpet was dirty. Also the rooms look dated.

Quite nice but only fair...
Liked: Very nice staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Room was quite large, clean, and very convenient to Tufts
Disliked: Seemed expensive for being so far out from the city. Exiting the back parking lot forces you into the highway. Some details: Hallways are dated with carpet shredding in spots. Everybody seemed constantly confused about whether the elevators were going up or down. I think there just aren’t enough elevators .

Liked: Staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and spacious, though the air conditioner sounded like an animal was stuck in the unit. Water pressure was wonderful, but the shower curtain didn't do well to keep the water off of the floor.
Disliked: I am not a fan of the brand of hair care and body wash product line. The smell was okay, but definitely not as nice as other places I have stayed. Please provide more of the larger bath towels as not everyone is a size 7!

A disaster which turned into...
Liked: When I arrived at the reception at 1 am, I was disconcerted to learn that my reservation had been cancelled. I had not received the slightest notification. Of course, I was stressed and highly unsettled by this unwelcome surprise. This has never happened to me before with Booking. On my Booking account, the reservation was valid and confirmed.Luckily, a very kind and friendly staff member named Ashley made me feel comfortable and at home. She allowed me to stay in the lounge until the situation was resolved. She managed to find me a room as there was a no-show at 3 am. Again, Ashley dealt with the situation professionally and expressed genuine care for my comfort. I believe she deserves a raise, a promotion and good bottle of wine.I also want to mention Raymond who took an interest in my case. He also deserves a raise and a free dinner at a fine dining establishment in Boston. Finally, I want to mention Doria at Booking Customer Service who provided valuable assistance to me with much patience and tact. I believe that her intervention helped resolve the predicament.
Disliked: Arriving at a hotel to find out that my reservation was not valid and that the hotel was fully booked. This was highly stressful. I still do not know how this happened.
