Disliked: We had a lot of issues during our stay 1. We booked the room for 5, we had only 2 towels given. Also one of the lights in the room didn’t turn off. With 3 little kids it was a struggle to sleep. I tried to call the reception several times, no one answered the calls. 2. The water/ice dispenser didn’t work on the 3rd floor. There was no sign indicating it was broken down. It said it’s a sensor and you need to wait for it to work. I spent a long time trying to get water; and it didn’t work. Then I went to the reception all the way, and the guy there refused to even listen to my complaint and pretended not to understand what I was saying. 3. The breakfast was very mediocre. First day they had shortage of bread. They also have a shortage of bowls- said they didn’t know they would have so many guests. But they don’t seem to have enough to last even 20 min of service. This seems highly unacceptable for Hyatt as a brand. We had to give kids cereal and milk in paper cups meant for coffee. 4. The AC in our room didn’t work at night, it was really hot. The next morning, Ashley at the front desk heard me out. She said she will help us change the room. She also offered us Hyatt reward points and a free night of stay for all the issues we faced. So far I haven’t received any refund on the booking. They don’t answer on the chat (nor does Booking.com Customer service). Also I haven’t received any Hyatt points either. Overall I am a bit disappointed with this experience- especially traveling with 3 kids all the way from Hong Kong We are back here today for another 2 nights (already booked) and we got a terrible room - not the category we booked- we booked one with sofa bed. This one doesn’t have any. Also someone had left a used coffee cup and no one seemed to have cleaned it out. Have questions about the cleanliness of the place too. Wonder if they are doing regular cleaning of rooms as well.

Nice stay
Liked: Friendly staff, and very clean hotel.
Disliked: The beds are hard and the pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay.
Liked: Front desk welcome was friendly, efficient, and helpful in providing information about nearby restaurants. Easy to access major roads, though there is some construction. Bed was comfortable; outlets were not in convenient locations; room vibrated at times. Breakfast was pleasant, plentiful, and good.
Disliked: Room outlets were in inconvenient places. Room vibrated.

Great spot close to Boston,...
Liked: Great staff, breakfast included, comfortable beds, room was well maintained, nice big TV, excellent shower, gym and pool areas were great.
Disliked: They skipped cleaning our room and giving us fresh towels at least half the time. The location is not five minutes from downtown Boston, more like 30 min with any sort of traffic. Just be realistic on that. They should add a trash can on each floor and fix the ice machines.

I was a little upset...
Liked: The room was comfortable. They had a nice breakfast set up downstairs, with an assortment of goodies. The bed was comfortable. It would of been a lot better if I had enough time to actually enjoy the room.
Disliked: I had a little trouble when I was trying to check-in. I reserved the room late in the night so I already wasn't getting my money's worth as it was. Then when I arrived I had to wait a good amount of time because the system wasn't working correctly so the staff could not check me in and I had to sit around waiting for the system to work correctly again, which took almost an hour wait. By then it was technically the next day, I should of got to stay the whole day but I had to checkout at 11am so I don't feel like I got my money's worth of time for my stay.

Disappointing
Liked: Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Hotel advertises restaurant services for dinner on Saturday, but was not available when we checked in after a long international trip. Rooms need updates (bathrooms, carpet, furniture, etc.). This facility needs management attention.
