Not a good experience.very embarrassing.especially...
Liked: I didn’t have breakfast .i was being harassed about our sat nite accomadions .there was an issue with booking .com .but staff said it was all good and gave us our keys .to wake up treat ing to call the police on our family .because staff didn’t do their job at check in .we spoke to desk clerk he said it went thru .it was s very embarrassing..in the main lobby in front of people checking in\out .
Disliked: There was a young man and young lady at checkout they were very nice they very pleasant and he was working hard to contact booking to resolve the issue .the young man was off on Sunday morning it was a young lady very disrespectful and said she was the manager.and we tried to explain to her that the staff gave us our key and we thought everything was good. For the 2 day stay .so upsetting .i travel all over from last Vegas to Jamaica and stay in alit of hotels .never been treating ao disrespected like that .she could of pulled me to side to discuss it and try to figure it out it’s not like we wasn’t willing to pay for our one nite stay .it went from $517-800 .wantes to charge me $380 for my double room ..it was suppose to be $250? 2 of the people with us work in one of the locations upstate .they didn’t receive any discount for our staff .they were the ones who said it was a nice clean facility . .we came all the way from Albany my for my great grandson 3yr old bday .everyone was so disappointed ☹️.your faculty is clean and beautiful but staff need more trainings in diversity and how to treat people .with respect .
