Great City, Great Location, the...

Liked: Great location. Nice facilities. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The front desk staff acted as if they were put out that I was even there. I tried to get them to look up my Hyatt number and you would have thought I had asked them to do something horrible. They never did find it. Brutal. No effort.

overall, loved it. WIll be...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Best i have had anywhere with a free breakfastI also liked the different places to sit for breakfast
Disliked: Bed was soft... however I am one who likes a hard and they don't happen very often!Morning front desk staff was not engaging. I usually like to engage and thank people but not much there with eye contact or verbal.
