Liked: . heater worked. wifi was ok.
Disliked: room service did not topup the shampoo or soap until i had to inform the front desk. this happened twice. should be a standard check every day.the breakfast choice was very budget, for a hyatt. more like a bnb standard. room was too big. better to make it smaller and charge less.

Liked: Location couldn’t have been more perfect! This is our 2nd time staying here for NYE. It’s walking distance to everything happening in the city.
Disliked: Parking is always an issue around this time of year. There’s no parking available at the hotel, all spots are full and street parking is all based on luck and time. If you circle around a few times, you’ll find find one but you must arrive before 5pm or most street parking is taken for the night. Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. I had to use the microwave to warm up my eggs and sausages.
