Liked: Location was nice. Easy access to freeway. We did not stay the full night.
Disliked: We told the host at check in we were excited to swim. The reason we chose this hotel was because of the hot tub. We were never told the hot tub was broken until we got settled in our rooms and came down to enjoy the hot tub. Once we got down there, we saw the hot tub was broke. If they would have told us about the hot tub, we would have postponed our reservation. While checking out, the receptionist was one of the most rude people. The staff we came across do not seem to be good with people or professional at all.
