Passable

Liked: The location was great and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: You have to pay for parking and our bathroom in the room was gross. There was facial hair on the sink from the previous person. Hair on the walls and pan of the shower. Towels had staining.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff, room, breakfast and location were all great.
Disliked: The garage entrance was difficult to navigate, and once I sat in the alley for 20 minutes to wait to get into the garage until the garbage man emptied several dumpsters.

Should be nice after they...

Liked: Very nice staff. Great location. Facility under significant renovation and I do I not believe that was disclosed. No soap in the bathroom. Room a bit shoddy. I can see why they are renovating.

Liked: Excellent location; 1-2 blocks from courthouse, restaurants, and we could walk to the university!
