I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Liked: From the second we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful and even greeted me by name because they remembered my call from days earlier! The room was clean and spacious - really lovely. And the only real downside was that we couldn't stay longer!
Disliked: Only wish there had been benches and ashtrays outside the exits for smokers! Even I think it's important to keep the rooms smoke-free.

Disappointed. Yet appreciate the cleanliness.

Liked: Great location, clean, nice staff.
Disliked: We reserved a room with a king size bed. Upon arrival we were given a room with two double beds that were more like full-size beds. We were told there were no king beds available.

Liked: Location was good for passing through.
Disliked: HUGE roaches and black mold. The smell was so bad that when we told the housekeepers they left the door open all night and switched our room. The second room also had mold but manageable for one night. The third room we had rented had mold in the bathrooms and a cockroach the size of our hand! I would not stay here again. Must be why it’s non refundable.

Worst hotel stay I have...

Liked: Very poor breakfast! Went about 8am and they had NOTHING out!
Disliked: The hotel was the hottest hotel I have ever been to. The halls/elevator was miserable!
