I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Liked: From the second we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful and even greeted me by name because they remembered my call from days earlier! The room was clean and spacious - really lovely. And the only real downside was that we couldn't stay longer!
Disliked: Only wish there had been benches and ashtrays outside the exits for smokers! Even I think it's important to keep the rooms smoke-free.

Disliked: the coffee cups had no tops. The hotel needs a refresh.

It was okay.

Liked: We were there for a tournament, and we're just 5 minutes up the road. Also, multiple businesses around, so it was convenient. Beds were pretty comfortable too, so that was nice.
Disliked: The rooms were not the best. Lamps by the bed didn't work. Lamp when you walk in was cracked and broke. Were the fridge sits was tore up. Mold in the bathroom, and air conditioner was very loud and rattled. When we left for a day and came back that night, it seemed like just garbage was taken out, and given a new bar of soap. Beds were not made up (I obviously don't expect new sheets for one night, but have never stayed anywhere where the beds were not made up at the very least.) We didn't have any new towels left either, but I guess they atleast took the dirty ones out 🤷‍♀️

Liked: It was convenient as it was only 4 minutes away from the facility we were attending for basketball.
Disliked: The facilities were not up to par.We were completely disappointed. There were no towels at the pool, non in the gym, not enough in the rooms, no bed linen for the sofa bed, carpet was extremely dirty and the toilet was constantly running. The bar wasn’t open for full service due to lack of staffing.I have expressed my sincere displeasure with the property.

Disliked: The breakfast was none existent. There were no cups for the juice and when my husband asked about them the lady informed him it wasn’t her job.

Check your bank statements before...

Disliked: I was double charged for a one night stay and the hotel is telling me that they only charged me once but my bank is telling me otherwise. Then the hotel says the it’s the third party that I used to book the hotel. The card I used to book the room is not the same card that I paid with so that is not the issue.
