I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Liked: From the second we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful and even greeted me by name because they remembered my call from days earlier! The room was clean and spacious - really lovely. And the only real downside was that we couldn't stay longer!
Disliked: Only wish there had been benches and ashtrays outside the exits for smokers! Even I think it's important to keep the rooms smoke-free.

Disliked: The phone in the room had some syrupy like sticky stuff on it. When I called the front desk and put the phone up to ear that?s when I felt it. Also the fruit was still frozen when we got ?fresh fruit?.

Disliked: There was a black wooden box type structure that the mattress sits on. The mattress was not sitting on this correctly and posed a fall risk. Also, housekeeping started knocking on the door at 9 am and every 30 minutes afterward. There was only a placard that indicated do not disturb because a pet was in the room. We had no other option to put a "do not disturb" sign on the door, other than the one with the pet. We brought this to the attention of the desk clerk and she was argumentative.
