I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Liked: From the second we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful and even greeted me by name because they remembered my call from days earlier! The room was clean and spacious - really lovely. And the only real downside was that we couldn't stay longer!
Disliked: Only wish there had been benches and ashtrays outside the exits for smokers! Even I think it's important to keep the rooms smoke-free.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: I had an issue with the limited amount of parking. I also had an issue with my room not being fully clean. The sofa was stained and the shower still had hair in it

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: We’ve stayed here before and thought it was nice, so when we arrived this time, it was disappointing to see there was clear difference in the cleanliness and lack of upkeep in the building. Shower had broke tiles, surfaces in the room were dirty, there were stains on the couch and pillows, and the whole floor, including inside the room reeked of smoke.
