I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Liked: From the second we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful and even greeted me by name because they remembered my call from days earlier! The room was clean and spacious - really lovely. And the only real downside was that we couldn't stay longer!
Disliked: Only wish there had been benches and ashtrays outside the exits for smokers! Even I think it's important to keep the rooms smoke-free.

Bad

Disliked: I never even stayed….the hotel said they would refund a portion of my reservation, but then went back on their word and still charged me for the full price of a night that I didn’t even stay

Very good

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. It was good for a one night pass through.
Disliked: One of the shower doors was missing, and the one that was there was hard to move, so water went everywhere when showering. The bathroom was also really tight. You had to squeeze past the toilet and behind the door to close the door.

Exceptional

My stay was not worth...

Liked: I loved the location.
Disliked: The air would not come on therefore the front had to come up to my room late night with us in bed in our sleeping clothes to fix the issue. Secondly the noise was awful. People were sitting outside on their cars all night partying. I called and was told they would address it and it was addressed for about and hour and they started back. At that point I got on up and went to work without breakfast.

Disliked: I was told my room had a king bed and pull out sofa bed, did not have a sofa bed. I was given a handicap room, idk why? I needed a pull out bed and that’s why I reserved a room with a pull out bed.. my A/C didn’t work. I was given a fan but also didn’t help. My stay wasn’t good at all.
