We were surprised to walk into a spacious, attractive room. The staff, especially at check in were incredibly nice and helpful. The town is nice with lots of shops and restaurants.

Liked: Clean room; super nice staff.

We had a nice experience there. The breakfast is good and there is small bar and sundries spot at the front desk. The staff was extremely pleasant. The hotel seemed very clean. Had to walk to downtown but that was very close. We would return.

Liked: Clean and friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size.
Disliked: Parking is across the street at the parking garage but hotel pays for it so that is nice.

I was VERY pleased with our room and the staff you employ. I can't think of anything to complain about! Apparently I have stayed in other hotels with lower standards, because I was blown away at how nice the accommodation was at your hotel! If ever I have a need to stay in the Bethlehem area again, I am definitely coming to your location!

Disliked: The ceiling was falling down in the lobby. Not very welcoming. The next day there was someone there working onnit tho.Had to park on the 5th level of the parking garage & schlep my bags up & down several flights of stairs which is not easy at my age.

We would definitely stay there...

Liked: The location, cleanliness, breakfast and comfort.
Disliked: Safe in room was old that made it hard to press the buttons and the bathroom door handle needed oil.

Disliked: As per Booking.com; free parking! No so. I had to pay a daily parking fee of $15.00 in the parking house across the street. Very conflicting information all around!
