Hyatt Place Bethlehem, Bethlehem

We were surprised to walk into a spacious, attractive room. The staff, especially at check in were incredibly nice and helpful. The town is nice with lots of shops and restaurants.

Liked: Clean room; super nice staff.

We had a nice experience there. The breakfast is good and there is small bar and sundries spot at the front desk. The staff was extremely pleasant. The hotel seemed very clean. Had to walk to downtown but that was very close. We would return.

Liked: Clean and friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size.
Disliked: Parking is across the street at the parking garage but hotel pays for it so that is nice.

I was VERY pleased with our room and the staff you employ. I can't think of anything to complain about! Apparently I have stayed in other hotels with lower standards, because I was blown away at how nice the accommodation was at your hotel! If ever I have a need to stay in the Bethlehem area again, I am definitely coming to your location!

Liked: The location and size of room and comfort and pool I would have preferred a bathtub in my room.
Disliked: I would have preferred a bath tub in my room and earlier pool hours on Mondays.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and great with accommodating my late check in. The place was clean and kept well. The free breakfast food was amazing.
Disliked: It was a little pricier than what I usually like to pay for in a hotel, but overall the value of what you pay for was pretty good.
