Hyatt Place Bentonville/Rogers

This was the best experience I've ever had in a hotel. The rates were reasonable, the room was spacious, clean, and set up well. The pool setup was superb, and the charter van was a perk I greatly appreciated as well as the location. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as a mall nearby.

Liked: The customer service was top notch. The rates were affordable, the room set up was the most impressive I've seen, and the pool was great. I was also impressed with the charter van and the staff was friendly, down to earth, and fun. The next time I need a hotel, I will definitely check vacancies here first.
Disliked: I have no complaints. This was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was always hot and there were a lot of options. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Liked: Staff was excellent and friendly.
Disliked: Had to h e someone come fix the TV and the outside was a little trashy. The breakfast was not good. What happened to good ol waffles. That gravy, biscuits and eggs were cold. Biscuits were so hard the crumbled apart just trying to put a pat of butter on them.

Disliked: Full size beds are too small.

Liked: Exceptional staff!!!! Friendly, polite, respectful, and greeting. Room was well equipped with plenty of amenities and absolutely spotlessly clean. Hands down one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Breakfast was amazing! 5/5 stars! This place was beyond perfect!!
Disliked: Nothing! Everything was delightful!
