This was the best experience I've ever had in a hotel. The rates were reasonable, the room was spacious, clean, and set up well. The pool setup was superb, and the charter van was a perk I greatly appreciated as well as the location. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as a mall nearby.

Liked: The customer service was top notch. The rates were affordable, the room set up was the most impressive I've seen, and the pool was great. I was also impressed with the charter van and the staff was friendly, down to earth, and fun. The next time I need a hotel, I will definitely check vacancies here first.
Disliked: I have no complaints. This was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was always hot and there were a lot of options. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Nice and convenient

Liked: Nice hotel. Good breakfast and great pool. Rooms clean and cozy. Close to AMP which is our purpose for stay.
Disliked: Only one lady checking in at 3pm on a Friday - busy time to only have one employee for check in. She did her best but the line grew long quick.

Liked: Almost everything!
Disliked: Personally, I like bathrooms with the tub/shower, toilet, sink and mirror in the same room with closable door. But I can see the reasoning of having the sink and mirror outside of the bathroom door.

The stay was just fine...

Liked: I liked the accomodations, the pool and especially liked the assistance of the staff and especially the general manager who went out of his way to help me with my reservation problem.
Disliked: I did not like that Booking.com booked and charged me for my 2 rooms that I requested and then only forwarded to the hotel a reservation for just one room......and there's virtually nothing that showed me who/where to contact about that mess.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the pool is well kept and clean.
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room was not working correctly. The air was set to 65 but the room never got below 78. It was so hot in the room that we couldn’t sleep.
